It can also improve your mood, allowing you to think more creatively. You will feel refreshed after having a sip of coffee. Take a nap Napping relaxes the mind, boosts creativity, and reduces anxiety and tension. If you are bored and can not think of another way to relax, take a quick nap. If you are feeling sleep deprived, napping can fill the gap.
